Hello there folks... I ran across this site and I'm completely astounded, albeit still skeptical, but hey! What have I got to loose?
Anyway, I figure if I'm going to be trying these techniques out, I might as well correspond with the community so we all can benefit from each others gains.
I'm relatively confident already, my starting stats are:
6.75" EL from pelvic bone with hard ruler
7" EL from side with hard ruler
5.5" EG with measuring tape
3.75" FG and
4.5" FG
Although my girlfriend and I have enjoyed a healthy sex life, she is used to someone a bit bigger than me, so I figure I'll do my best to make things more fulfilling (no pun intended) for her.
My goals are 8" EL 6.5" EG and 5.5" flaccid length. What do you folks recommend as... say a 5 day a week regiment. Since I can't afford any fancy equipment or pills or anything, I'm basically limited to the manual stretch and jelquing. I want to have a good idea of where I should start so that my workout is effective, but not too much as to be damaging. Any advice. For the past few nights I've been doing:
10 minutes heat compress followed by
15 minutes manual stretching followed by
20 minutes jelquing
Do you think I could take more, or is this fine, or should I start out slower. Since I'm new at this I have no idea, so any input would be much appreciated. Plus, any other POE methods that wouldn't require any sort of purchase would also be appreciated. I'll be sure to keep updating this journal and providing any useful input that I have.
