I have been on and off with my routines since beginning in late February of this year.
In February I began Big Al's program.
I started at 5 1/4" EL (all length measurements are NPB), and 4 1/4" EG, and after 3 months of the beginner's program, I was up to 5 1/2" EL and 4 3/4" EG. A very promising start.
Shortly thereafter, I slacked off with my routines, in part due to time constrictions, in part due to lack of dedication.
However, during that time, I did purchase the BIB hanger (I was one of the lucky ones who got it at the introductory price hehe), and did some experimenting with it.
I also spent a lot of time reading the message boards from Big Al's site, which is a great informative source run by someone very dedicated to the concerns of other PE'ers. In fact, it was due to all the raves about Big Al's program on this board that I signed up for his program, and the good reviews of BIB's device on this board and on Big Al's page that prompted me to get the BIB hanger.
I wasn't wrapping up before hanging, and it caused a lot of discomfort even at low weights. However, I am now wrapping up, and find it much more comfortable.
I need some dedication in order to stick to it and religiously follow my routine, so I am posting here as my own motivation.
For the past few days, I have been using the BIB hanger, sitting on the edge of a chair to get some lig stretching. I have felt comfortable enough to get the weight to 7.5 pounds, doing 3 20 minute sets per day, 5 days a week. I know that this will primarily affect length and not girth, but as the months pass, I will determine which girth exercises I can implement into my routine.
I am starting slow, but will maintain this consistency until 12/1. Should I feel comfortable with it, I will increase weight accordingly.
I'm setting immediate goals, and will determine my final length and girth when I get there (7"? 8"? who knows). First goal: 6" EL, 5" EG.
Wish me luck!
As of 11/1: 5 1/2" EL, 4 3/4" EG
