After two months of work, I do have some results to report, though not dramatic. I have not jelqed as long each day as I said I would--not only not enough time, but it was really too ambitious. What I have really done is 20-30 minutes 4 times per week, adding some of the strong squeezes some of you are recommending. I took Vigorplex for a month. I liked what it did for my flaccid show early on and for my erectile staying power throughout, but it was too hard on my pulse rate. I have some now that I will take occasionally if I really need to perform. It works better before the body gets used to it anyway.
OK, present stats:
flaccid length, same really (3"), but more often.
flaccid girth, up to 4 ", my only real gain
head girth, around 4.25 and fuller, I think
erect measurements the same, at least most of the time.
Problems:
I have trouble jelqing long enough. If I think happy thoughts, I get too hard and bust a nut and ruin the whole thing. If I don't, I don't stay hard enough long enough. Bummer.
Also, my hands get tired.
Long periods of privacy are difficult.
Plans for the next quarter:
I have ordered both a Bib hanger (regular model) and a Power Jelq device. The first because I really want some length, both erect and flaccid. That is probably most important to me. The second because I think I might help me get the most out of my jelqing in a shorter period, and maybe I might be less tempted to blow my load too soon. If I can do it in 20-25 minutes, then I can use the shower and have more privacy. I have discovered bag balm, and that is a plus.
Also, I have some Argenine to take. I do miss the huge loads of cream that I was shooting on Vigorplex, and I think this may give me that effect without the niacin and yohimbe problems.
Over the next 3 months, I will:
Jelq 4 times/ week by had or with the device (when it comes)
with warmups, stretches, ulis, and squeezes to maximize
Start hanging as Bibb recommends. (Will post an interim report to indicate what that will be when the hanger arrives.)
