Got the Bib Hanger and tried it on 7/25/01. Did 3 sets of 10min, 12 min, and 15 min. First set 2.5lbs, second and third set 5lbs. Sticking with 3 sets of 15mins at 5lbs for atleast a week, then moving up some weight. Still doing the jelqing and power jelqing of 15 mins and 30mins.
I've been feeling bigger and looking bigger, BUT still not going to measure until 8/8/01. (I've got to hide the ruler. lol) ****5"- insecure (been there)--6"- secure (been there)--7"- confident (am there)--8"- overconfident--9"plus- cocky as hell****

Well, it finally got to the big measuring day. It looked like I had gotten bigger in length, by the way it rests on my stomach. I haven't used the bib hanger for the last 4 days, but continued with jelqing, so I thought maybe I'd lose some length. Last measurement was at 7/1/01.
New Measurement: 7.375" BPEL =)))))))))))))) The Plateau is goooooooooone........ finaaaaaaallllllllly..... Maybe I can get to 7.5" BPEL by the end of August? Resume hanging last night. I adjusted it a little differently, so I should have no problems with hanging now. The Hanging/Jelqing combination will stay the same til the end of September. Next measurement date: 9/1/01

Alright, so I've got a week before I can measure again. I'm hoping for a 7.5" bpel. Hanging routine is 15 mins of 4 sets. 7.5lbs for 2 sets straight down, first set and last set. 10lbs for 2 sets, to the left and right(middle sets).
Jelqing and squeezing for 45 mins after.. We'll see where I stand in a week. ****5"- insecure (been there)--6"- secure (been there)--7"- confident (am there)--8"- overconfident--9"plus- cocky as hell****

I'm still at 7.375 bpel. Thats fine, I can wait til the end of September to reach 7.5", which would be my one year anniversary.
I've cut back to 32 minutes of total hanging. 16mins standing. 8mins to the left, 8mins to the right. [times are divisable by 8 Still going with 5min jelq/20min power jelq/20min squeezes Next measurement... Alright, so I measured in between 7.375" and 7.5", LOL.. whatever measurement that is... let me get my calculator...
Ok, so I guess I'm 7.4375" now... man, I'm really getting picky about my measurements. Gains have slowed down big time in the last 4 months or so, but thats alright, an extra .1 or so every month would still take me over 8" by the end of Aug. 2002. My long term goal is to measure 8x6, before I reach 21, which is Aug. of 2002. I'd prefer to reach 8" in length before I get to 6" girth, and it looks like thats going to happen. That way I can work strictly on girth once I reach my desired length. I should have alot of time for hanging the next 2 months due to me reading TONS of computer homework. Hanging and reading, is kinda like killing two birds with one stone. This past week I almost doubled my hanging time, and I looked pretty hung of my sessions. I'm going to go with more hanging time and a 4on/1off routine this month and see if it works better... ****5" insecure(been there), 6" secure (been there), 7" confident (am there), 8" over-confident, 9" cocky as hell****

First let me say your gains are fantastic! It must seem like an entirely new dick. I mean you have gained 3" and that is some of the best gains recorded by anybody!!! I am grateful for gaining almost 1/2", ha, ha.
Second, I tried the photo album and it was empty. Keep up the good work!!! |

Thanx alot for the compliments... Yea it feels and looks like an entirely new dick. It actualy gets in the way now, which is awesome, considering I didn't even have a flaccid size in September lol... I remember back in december when I used to use this lotion bottle as a comparison to my size and it was 5.5" long, now I tower over that baby =) Its hard to imagine that I was that small, like it was all a dream or something. I might be lucky as far as the gains go, I just know I worked my ass off and luckily its paying off. I'm kinda "paying my dues" now, gains have really slowed down, and I struggle to even get .125 every 2 months, but hey however long it takes I'll get there. Latest measurement: 10/21/01
7.5" bone pressed erect length Took me a little longer than I anticipated, but I'm just happy to finally reach 7.5" I honestly don't think I would have reached 7.5" without the Bib hanger and Bib's advice. Ironically, the new gain came after a 2 day rest, and I just recently moved up to 17.5lbs. Bib had said you don't usually get gains unless you're hanging 15lbs and up. So I increased the weight and the gains came. Thought I'd add my routine over here, to keep track of what I've done the past year.
Starting size(Oct/2000): 4.75-4.5"x3.5(midshaft girth) Last measure(Oct. 22nd/01): 7.5x5.5 (midshaft girth) Supplements: mutli-vitamins, chrondrotin/glucosamine, glutamine, whey protein, cycle creatine. YGuy7, hope the theory is right about moving over 15lb. as I just did the same thing - to 17.5 also. I had been at 15 for quite some time, but BIB and I had some good discussion on "feedback" thread and I've learned some things. Good luck to you with your routine.

With all the tremendous gains you've made, and so fast, I wonder--are you ever naked in locker rooms, etc., where this change would be noticeable to people? Any comments? Stares? Compliments? What's your feedback? Thanks for your reports. You're our hero. |

Well, I don't get naked in the locker rooms or anything. I just go to the gym in my workout clothes and go home to shower, but the type of shorts/warm-ups I wear, make my penis noticable. You can tell its to the left, and swinging as I walk. Its great =).. especially if I'm on the treadmill and I'm doing some cardio, that baby just keeps on swinging. I overheard a conversation between my two friends(both girls) about my shorts, while I was playing basketball. They kept pointing at me as I was running down court. Later one of them told me my penis was way too noticable. Glad to know girls notice Out of the last 13 months only one girl has seen my before and after size. We were friends, that were having sex, that type of thing. We went a period where we didnt have sex for about 6 months, right away she noticed. I think I made a 2 inch gain during that time. Comments like "It feels longer" and "What'd you do down there" were made. It really made all that hard work seem so worth it. Comments turned to questions and questions turned to suspicion. We probably had sex once a month or so, so every month when she'd notice a little extra down there, it made her wonder. She went from loose to tight in a matter of a year For myself, honestly its great knowing I have a little extra down there. Feels great when a girl says you're "big" or "do you need a bigger condom?" . From my experience, girls do "prefer" bigger penises. I get a much better reaction during sex than I did before. At 4.5", the reaction was pretty much non existant. Confidence is up.. ego is up.. self-esteem up.. can't say one bad thing about PE except that its time consuming.. but I wouldn't have traded any of that for the world... ****5" insecure(been there), 6" secure (been there), 7" confident (am there), 8" over-confident, 9" cocky as hell****

To be honest, never measured flaccid length at the beginning of my PE months. I was in it for just erect gains. My flaccid fluctuates so much, that its hard to get a consistent flaccid length. I will say though, my pre-PE flaccid was extremely small. If I had to estimate, I'd say roughly 2.5" in flaccid. There was no hang at all in my flaccid. Right now I'm probably about 5 to 5.25 in flaccid length, but I don't know for sure, this is just a rough estimate. I think those guesses are pretty accurate. |

This is been one rough week. I surpisingly stuck with my PE workouts, but they were tough as hell to get my ass up to do them. Midterms/studying and gym time are catching up with me. I'm sort of on a motivation low right now. Usually when you're losing motivation its time to change the routine. I *think* I'm going to go all out with the hanging, maybe upping my hanging time to 2+ hours, and getting rid of the 30mins of squeezing I do. Its just a pain in the ass sometimes to spend an hour hanging then preparing to do my jelq/squeeze routine after.....I'm just venting some frustration, DAMN this computer homework =(
::sigh:: I'd hate to drop the squeezes, because I think I'm making progress with head size and midshaft girth, BUTTT the smart thing to do in my situation would just go all out for length right now, and worry about the girth later. I only want an extra half inch in length anyways, so why not speed up the process? I'm hoping I can reach that by March. I do want extra length and girth, but as a great man once said, "Few things are gained and perfected at the same time." One goal at a time, 8 inches here I come.... Or maybe I'm just cranky right now, and I'll stick with my old routine....LOL I'll sleep on it.... |

Dude, if you're really struggling with the headsize and midshaft girth you should consider getting one of Rob Edmund's Power-Jelq devices, they work really well for girth especially midshaft but not really for head size.
I'll post the head-size ex. that I used, I no longer need to do it as I've already got it as big as i want it for now! LOL! |
