For about the last three months I have been hanging with a "Modified Bib" and now the "New Bib" at 16 pounds. I do a pretty standard 3 or 4 sessions a week, but its' difficult for me to do more than about an hour at a sitting, so can only do 2 sets of 15- 20 mins hanging.
My progress initially was spectacular, but now it's the "long hard slog".
This week I went a bit crazy with the new Bib, and for the first time hung to 20 lbs, for 3 lots of 20 mins before dinner one evening. After a couple of hours of dinner and TV, before going to bed I started doing some heavy jelquing, and blood appeared out the end of my dick.
I have had a four day break from all PE since.
It was more than a bit of a scare, but it cleared up nearly straight away and I got back into the PE with only slightly less vigour.

The flaccid full stretch is just the best indicative measure of erect gains "to come".
I measure flaccid non stretched length after a couple of days of no PE, and just very gently pick it up and put it next to a ruler .. All girth measurements are with a paper tape measure from "IKEA". String gives a false high measure due to its thickness. Thin paper is best.
