I ordered a one month supply and used it with no results. Then they sent me another bottle and charged it to my credit card without my consent. Seems their "Guarantee" is that you will never run out. It's in the brochure they send with it. Have to read the fine print. Nothing about a money back satisfaction guarantee. They told me to send the second bottle back and they would credit my account, but want to charge me $10 for a restocking fee and $9.95 for shipping. It's been over a month, and they haven't yet credited my account for anything. I think it's a scam.

I purchased a 5 month supply(5 bottles). After taking it for 1 1/2 months I developed an allergic reaction to the drug. I called the Customer Service dept and the person, Chris, informed me that my 5 bottles constitute an order and since I had already open 2 of the 5 bottles, I cannot get my money back. I had to call twice to get this response. The first time I called, I got a lady who said they will be sending me a refund questionnaire to fill in and I was supposed to send back the rest of the unopened product in order to get my refund. Enzyte says you are supposed to talk to your doctor first before your buy their product. I would recommend that people stay away from this company. Please pass this along. |

Today, I just decided to contact Lifekey (1866-LIFEKEY) for RMA. Guess what! They don't have the return policy. YOU CAN NOT RETURN THEIR PRODUCT IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFY. I asked the representative what I can do to get my money back becuase I am not totally satisfy with the product and he said "we can not do anything or refund the money to you". After taking Enzyte for 3.5 month's i have seen no results. I did however get a nice full color brochure in the mail telling me how good their product was. It also included the phrase " no money back guarantee". Plus the price raised from 59.00 to 99.00 per one month supply. They say a fool and his money are soon parted.?? Don't be one.
