The product itself costs about 300 dollars all together, which after looking at it looks like it costs 3x more than what it probably costs to make.
I bit tricky to work with to figure out the stretch sessions and putting the damn thing on. I suggest a hydrogel slip for comfort for the silicone nose loop. Feels better than a Max Xtender.
To fill in on some information that the Site itself does not put is...
Besides wearing the stretcher, it comes with a manual.
1. Hot Wraps.
2. 5 Minute manual stretch session.
3. Put on the device for 10-12 hours (Their suggestion)
4. After that hot wrap again.
5. Jelq for 30-45 minutes
6. Final Hot Wrap.
7. Do this 5-7 days a week.
Increasement of lengths ( suggested in the manual ) increase tension 1 week for beginners, after 2 months 10 days, and then after 3-4 months what every you feel is needed.
My over all impression... it seems like it would be a worth buy if you had money to go towards the "surgery", or got some cash for free... but seems to pricey for the normal.
I like using it, and think with a bit of motivation this thing will work for me. But I thought I'd give some more information on the project than what the website supplies or will answer.
