Overall quality seems very high. I believe the metal parts are nickel plated brass. It's a fairly sturdy device and came sealed hygienically in a paper/plastic sealed wrapper like youde expect a medical device such as a scalpel to be wrapped in. I've worn it for about four hours today total ...two hours straight the first session and another two hour session I just finished a little while ago. I am surprised to say that while there was some initial discomfort (hadnt used guaze tape around/behind the glans like suggested untill later today) so far I have had no problems wearing it (NO numbness or cold feeling or discoloration!!) and can feel a mild stretch throughout my penis, behind the head, and a little in the base/ligs. It came with an instruction manual that was very informative on how to use the device, they also lay out a suggested routine and suggest how to progress upward in resistance over the weeks. Oh, and guess what? Their manual suggests using the Jelq method for girth! I ordered two extra sets of extender rods with it as the stretcher in its' standard configuration will only extend to about 8.5 inches. Also got three extra silicone loops. I am currently 8 inches flaccid stretched length so, I figured the extra rods would be needed soon anyway. The rods measure just over 1.5 inches long. Like I said before I have only seen mild discomfort so far and that has been pretty much alleviated by using the guaze tape. So....I'm ready for the flames! LOL, no really guys I'll keep you posted as I have about 9 to 10 hours a day to wear this thing. I can go take a leak every 2 or 3 hours for "breaks". I'm very anxious to see what if any gains (I expect to get them) I will see getting in an average of 40 hours a week of stretch time.
