I get the feeling the sexual desire for men and women is very different. this feeling is reinforced by the fact that some women can not have an orgasm, yet fel satisfied by sex, a concept which, from a man's sexual perspective, is imposible to understand. what, in your opinions, is the exact difference? do men just want the feeling of "release" while women want to feel loved, wanted, etc.? or is it something else? I'm really interested to know. share your opinion!

I for one, don't always need to have an orgasm to feel satisified by sex. Just this week I went out on a date with a woman who was attractive, intelligent, and interesting. We enjoyed some kissing and touching with each other that left me feeling very satisfied emotionally (ego boost?). Of course, I did have to take care of myself when I went home but I think that's a seperate issue. I would assume that most women who have difficulty attaining orgasms feel much the way I did this week: just happy to be that physically close to an attactive person.

I think in general, women are more in tune with the emotional attachment and feelings and things such as that. In general, men are too, somewhat, but I think the physical urges and the 'release' is much more important. Of course you do have your women who have to have multiple orgasms to be fulfilled too. They're all different, i guess.

My wife says women want sex they dont need it. I guess there is a difference there but damned if I can figure it out. Im just gonna keep on getting all I can. Let them sort out the feelings. |

Most of em want a big cock, not all will admit it but most want a big cock. A recent example: I was talking with a girl via webcam last night (can ya guess what that led to?) and she said "oh that's big" in referrence to my cock. I agree that most women may prefer large cocks, but I wouldn't go as far as to say that it's "the" thing women look for in a man. Unless they're a whore. Either way, us guys would be better off with a bigger dick.

I've gotta agree with you guys. If size wasn't important, even a little bit, then why is it talked about so much? Women will always tell their friends if their bf has a big dick, not really to brag, but just as part of 'girl talk', I guess like we might do if we scored someone with big tits or whatever. But having said that, I definately think that women's perceptions of what is big or small varies a lot, with some thinking 6" is big, while others only consider 8" to be big. Then there's the whole issue of women being unable to accurately judge size, just like they can't drive, use tools, stop talking.....:)
Oh and as for sexual desire, in my experience women want orgasms just as much as men, but can go for longer without one, and don't expect it everytime, maybe because it is generally harder for them to reach. I can't imagine a woman ever turning one down if it was offered. Kiwi |

I agree with Kiwi on the can't stop talking thing. Though I've met some girls that can drive and use tools, thats a turn on.
The differences b/n men and women? Men can get off alot easier. For a female to orgasm she has to be there emotionally and physically. That want to be treated and feel like their a (sexual) goddess. |

Women don't necessarily want a big one. It just depends on what she has had before. You know how women who have not had sex yet or haven't had it in awhile are tight? Well, it takes having sex a few times for it to not be painful because you have to stretch her out a little. She's not used to anything in there. Well, if she has sex with a big guy for a while then she is stretched out more than with a little tiny guy and so she can't just move on to a small guy right away. If she does she won't even feel him in her and he won't feel her much either. Make sense? If she has only had tiny guys then that would be fine or if she waits a long time before doing it again and with a smaller guy it would be fine because she has tightened up some. It only matters in a physical sense and only if she has been stretched out recently. Otherwise I don't think women care much. Now there are some guys that are very very small and soft and you can't even tell when they are hard so it makes it hard to know when he's excited or if he's about to climax, that makes it harder, but if you have been with him for awhile, then you know him better and then that would be solved also. I can answer other questions since I am a girl but am not sure if you would care to much as you seem to like bashing women on this board.
