Howdy fellas. Im just started going to a gym about the first of March. Well i would like to tell ya my routine and i would like to know if it is too much or not enough. Im 6' and i way 165-170 but i got love handles that piss me off and i want em gone by the time i go to the beach at the end of june. Ok to my routine:
I start w/ 30 min. treadmill at 3.6 speed and 10 grade hight. From there i do calf press, quad press, cable pull over(20 per side),pec press, i do misc. dumbell stuff w/ a 20-25 weight, and a couple of machines that focus on my delt-tricep-back area.All of those are done within a 30 min. span and usually to fatigue. I try to go to the gym 5 times a week and im there probably an hour, maybe less. But i do that routine every visit........so what do ya think? O, i also do ab exercises at home. 100, crunches, and reverse crunches. I hope u guys can help me out. I dont drink any sodas and i "try" to stay away from sweets as much as possible. I dont really wanna diet or cut carbs and stuff. Ok, ill shut up now and let u guys talk. Thanks in advance.
