Do pumps work?? Ive heard people say they do and Ive heard people say they don't.. Can anyone give me some helpful recommendations? Which pumps are good/bad??

Yes...yes...yes..they work well it all works well if you are persistant and do not over do it. I think that is why people do not see the results they want to see...they give up too fast or do too much.

I have pumped off and on for a couple of years now and I like most pumpers will tell you there are no permanent gains but damn! Damn! DAMN it does feel good. As the others have echoed, as long as you don't overdo it, it's good recreationally speaking
