This is the short form
Started PE (pumping) on and off many years ago.
Started at 8.5 x 5.5 (in INCHES, not CM)
and always measured consistently (BP)
late in 2000 I found this board. I was at an even
9 x 6, and all I had ever done was pumping and
some Jelq. That gain was from sporadic PE over
a 13 year period... slow!
Since late Jan, of 2001 I have gained .5 x .5
and basically just did what everyone else does.
Manual Pulls, Squeezes, Jelq, (I swear, I am quitting
the girth excersizes! The old lady and ALL of the girls
that blow me complain it is to fat! HONEST!!!)
But I do want over 10" ELBP so I am concentrating
on hanging and manual pulling. The V-Stretch is great,
(thanx 7-Up!) and BIB is a genius...
The rest is all BIG AL, can't thank him enough!
