Wear the Grip company's knee strap alternating with the 1 pound weighted sleeve on and off throughout the day.

Evening

jelque 10-15 mins and 12 pound weight hang over the evening while watching TV or reading. I've used all the weigh hangers but have found that the swim cap works best for me.

Over 14 months, I've gained just a tic less than 1 inch in length and .5 inches in girth. I'm closing in on the 8 inch goal I set for myself.

Don't skip the jelques... they really do help in the girth side of thinggs.
