I'm 60 YO and had begun to accept that my sex life was very close to an end. I had lost almost 1 1/4 inch in length (not uncommon for older men), developed what I gathered was early stages of Pyronies disease with a very sharp upward curve following a prostate Roto-Rooter job 3 years ago, and, with a heart problem as well, was having increasing problems and frustrations with ED.
I joined one of the PE sites (which led me to your forum) and started PE'ing last summer. After almost 3 months of manual stretching and jelqing I managed to achieve a slightly noticeable but barely measurable increase in flaccid size, but nothing otherwise. I purchased the Power Jelquer which I used as instructed for about two months and did achieve a slightly measurable increase in flaccid size, but, again, no other changes. Needless to say frustration took over and I simply quit for a couple of months.
Not being quite ready to completely give up, however, I continued to do research on this and several other forums as well as several sites offering PE programs and devices of various sorts. Putting together what sounded like the most logical and realistic ideas gleaned from all, I came up with the following routine which is rapidly producing the results I was after.
SWINGING WITH LIGHT WEIGHTS:
Using a homemade BIB hanger, I swing weights, starting with 2 1/2 lbs., for twenty minutes, alternating 5 minutes each back and forth and then side to side. I then add another 2 1/2 lbs. and swing for another 5-6 minutes, alternating after about 1 minute in each direction. With the lighter weights I swing quite vigorously, but much less so after adding the additional weights, as at that point I can really feel the ligs stretching.
POWER JELQING:
After resting at least an hour from the swinging (usually 2-3 hours), I Power Jelq for 20-25 minutes, really putting pressure on the dong by using both hands, one to work the tongs and the other to add extra pressure to the rollers. Needless to say, after this workout I'm not fit for anything other than rest.
I warm up before and after each routine using a rice-filled sock. Also, I rest every third day and, after each three weeks of working out, take a full week off for a longer rest. I'm just starting my fourth month and measured this morning after having rested a full week. My gains are:
FL        7/8"
FG        1/2"
EL        1 1/8"
EG        5/8"
Although my erections are still not as strong as they were, ED is very rarely a problem now and the curvature, while not completely resolved, is down to only a slight upward curve, which my LF (I'm too old to have a GF) says she loves.
Persistence does have its rewards !
