I'm new to penis enlargement. I have trouble getting an erection and was wondering what is the best way to exercise. Would really appreciate information on what exercises to do to start with and how many times would I do each exercise.

read the faq for newbies and the best posts section. then decide what might be best for you, and work out a routine. everyone will help you do this.
I have had trouble with erections, i know what it is like. If you have trouble getting hard is this on your own or with a girl? ie could it be psychological? Do you smoke? if so, quit, this improved my erections and they are getting better. |

Yes if you smoke or chew tobbacco quit now. And also if you drink alot of caffine or alcohol quit now. You might take some L-Arginine also.

Thanks for the help. The problem is doing it by myself or with a girl's help. I'm not sure how to start the jelquing as the faq says you should be fairly erect. I know how to kegl but not sure at all about the jelquing. Also, is there anything else I could do for starters?

well... when you jelq.. and are new, you should jelq at about 50 percent erect... maybe a little less... maybe a little more...
jelqing at almost fully erect state is for the advanced PE'ers who need more intense workouts to get gains |
