A tip that has been helpful to me and which I haven't seen posted:
Some of the exercises we do in PE are very strenuous. Sometimes we inadvertantly overdo them. It's a good idea after a sustained workout, and especially for newbies to this, to go back after a bit of time - a half hour? an hour? and check the quality of erectile function. If you can't then get it up, in a way that you would find sufficient for intercourse, maybe you need to rethink whatever routine you've tried.
