Well, this is my first message ever posted on this site. Anyway, I'm new to PE and would like a little initial newbie help. I don't have access to any hardware so the only exercises I can do are manual. I need a short(hour or less) routine that could help gain in some girth and length. If anyone could help get me started it would be much appreciated! Thanks!
